How do I pay for my purchase?
Harry High Pants use PayPal to process payments. During checkout you will be automatically directed to the PayPal site. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.
You can also pay with AfterPay
If you would prefer to pay via direct deposit, please email details of the items you would like to purchase and you will be sent a PayPal invoice, which will include bank account details. When paying by direct deposit please include the invoice number and your surname in the transaction description. When paying by direct deposit, goods can only be dispatched when full payment has cleared to Harry High Pants.
All prices on our site are in Australian dollars and Harry High Pants reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Unpaid Orders – Items are returned to stock when payments or payment arrangements are not received within 3 working days.
What if an item I would like to purchase is not in stock?
We make every effort to ensure that your items are in stock. Please email Harry High Pants if you would like to place an order for an out of stock item. We will do our best to notify you of the estimated delivery date.
Shipping information:
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $9.95 within Australia. We use Australia Post with Signature on Delivery.
**Harry High Pants is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods due to Australia Post**
Please ensure you provide accurate address details when placing an order. If you have provided the incorrect delivery address, we will need to charge you for the postage for the second delivery processed for those products (upon return of original parcel).
International Orders:
Please email hello@harryhighpants.com.au with a description of the products you wish to purchase and your delivery address information. We will then provide you with a postage quote. Upon acceptance of the postage quote, you will be sent a PayPal invoice including postage costs. Harry High Pants is not responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or any additional charges levied by your country of entry. All prices on our site are in Australian dollars.
How long will it take for my purchased items to arrive?
If the items you have ordered are in stock, we will process and ship your order within 2 business days, once payment is received.
Custom Orders:
Please allow extra time for custom made orders. Upon custom ordering, you will be notified of the current wait time. Please email HHP if you have any questions about custom made orders prior to ordering. If, for any reason, you require the item urgently, please email us.
Can I pick up my items?
Yes, you are more than welcome to collect your items from us, or from one of our market events. We are located on the Kensington and Kilsyth, Victoria. Our full details will be available once order and payment has been placed. Please email us to arrange day and time for collection. Payment must be made in full prior to collection.
