If you encounter an issue with any of my products please contact me within 28 days of purchase so I may offer you a refund or replacement. You must send your item back at your own expense in order to receive a refund or replacement. My refund policy only covers a faulty product. I do not refund or replace due to change of mind, incorrect size ordered, wrongful use or washing so please read the instructions carefully. If it is discovered the issue was caused by wrongful use or washing you will not receive a refund or replacement and you will need to pay for postage to have it sent back.
I do not refund if the colour is wrong due to computer colour settings, you can send your product back at your own expense and exchange the same product, you will also need to pay postage for the exchanged product. If your registered package was signed for but you didn’t receive your package, I will not be able to send another product.
Custom orders can not be returned due to ‘change of mind’.
Please note that all items are lovingly handmade by me therefore no two are exactly the same. I am not a machine so items may contain some very minor imperfections. If you believe that your item is not as described please feel free to contact me. I will make every effort amend the problem
Please ensure your paypal address is correct! By law I am not allowed to send to another address otherwise paypal do not cover it. If mail is lost because of this I do not take responsibility, nor do I take any responsibility for lost parcels due to Australia post. If you pay for Satchel post then you will be supplied a tracking number, if you select tough bag option it’s at your own risk!!
